121 - 135 is My Weight Range. I am Overweight. I Weight 143? I think I have to Stop being a Couch Potato and Start to Exercise. I have to Eat Healthy. More Fruits and Vegetables. No more Hot Cheetos, McDonald's, Jack In The Box IceCream Smoothies, etc. I can also start doing Chores around the House to keep My Body Moving and burning the Extra Fat in My System instead of watching Soap Operas. |
